WingDust Collections - Funhouse

Hi everyone!

Remember when I told you about the six WingDust polishes I had won in this blog post here? Well, today I'm showing you my first pick!
If you recall, I had two lilac polishes, two dark blue ones, one green thermal and one peach coloured polish. I was in a bright mood, and thought Funhouse would fit great! It's a lilac crelly with purple, neon pink and aqua glitters in it, in various shapes: stars, hexagons, and even triangles! (I love those!)

I did three easy coats of Funhouse and did some glitter placing on top: I wanted the triangles, stars and big hexagons to be very noticeable so I fished some up and placed them on top of my three coats.

I finished everything off with two coats of my Gel Like Top Coat from Only You. Although in retrospect, another top coat polish would have been better - not because Funhouse was still rough to the touch, but the top coat did sink in a little which you can see in my pictures. I probably should have used my Nayll Smooth It Out Glitter Top Coat for this one! I'm really into thick, glass like top coats lately so I should probably get some more bottles and try out different brands - I hear Poshe is really nice! (any other suggestions?)

I didn't have to fish for glitters when I applied Funhouse, but I did put the bottle upside down for ten minutes before using it.

In the picture above you can see all the glitter colours and shapes in the bottle very clearly - I absolutely LOVE the combination of the lilac polish with the colours of the glitters! This polish was very fun to put on, because I always discovered a new shape or new glitter size!

Most of the glitter is matte, but some is shiny and holographical! The holographical ones are tiny glitters, so it's a subtle effect: the polish seems to be glowing, which I love - but it was hard to capture it's magicalness on camera. The neon pink is also more neon in real life than in my pictures. There are also tiny purple shreds in the polish, and those I adore the most.

What do you think of Funhouse? You can find this polish in the WingDust Collections Etsy store here! And I still have 5 more to show you! :D I have some swatches of another one ready, and I can already tell you it is beyond gorgeous <3

Thanks for reading!

P.s.: I will be suuuuuper busy in the next few days because I am moving to an appartment with my boyfriend (yay!) so it might be a while for a new post to appear here, just so you now :) I never knew moving was such hard work! Anyway, it's going to be nice to be in the new appartment so I have something to look forward to!
