Polished by KPT - Fall-O-You

Hi everyone!

You might remember that I bought 4 indies from Polished by KPT a few months ago, and they are slowly making their way onto the blog! Today I'll be showing you Fall-O-You, a polish whose pun in the name I hadn't figured out until recently when I said the name out loud lol.

Fall-O-You is a thermal polish which is olive green when cold, and charcoal grey when warm. It has scattered holographical particles which make it even more special. This polish is 5-free, is vegan, and cruelty free too.

I got this polish by mistake when there was a mixup with my order at Beauty So Fly (and I received the correct polish afterwards very quickly so no complaints there!) because I would not have ordered this polish myself. The green just didn't speak to me so much.

BUT. I would not give it back for the world now!! I looove it, so I might have to rethink my attitude against green polishes. I also love the holgraphical particles in it. And I actually like the olive green colour more than the grey colour - I really surprised myself there lol.

For my swatches I have used three thin coats as I was swatching in low lighting and didn't want to miss a spot, but two would have been fine as well. I topped it off with my Fast Drying Top Coat from Only You. Here's a few pictures of the polish in its cold state.

Fall-O-You actually looked like this for most of the time on me - it'was really cold when I took these swatch pictures. The only time the grey popped up was after I took a warm shower.

I put my hand in some warm water and tried to take pictures of Fall-O-You's warm state, but it changed very quickly to the cold state again on me so I was not entirely successful.

I didn't even have time to properly dry my hands - I hope taking pictures of thermals will be easier in Summer when my hands are not freezing all the time!

And here the polish is quickly changing back to cold!

What do you think? The thermal change of Fall-O-You is subtle, just like it was with Belle Ami, but I like it a lot :)

Thanks for reading!
