WingDust Collections - Peaches Be Trippin'!

*Disclaimer: some items in this post have been previously received for review.

Hiiii everyone!

First off: you might have noticed that I've been a bit absent the past week. I'm very busy with studying for my exams until the end of January (yeah, yay...), so I will be posting a little less until then :) Don't worry, I will definitely still post once a week and try to keep up with all of your blogs - it's nice to relax while looking at all of your nail art and swatches ;)

Now, into the blog post! I have another WingDust polish for you today! Like the others, I also won this one a while ago. It's called Peaches Be Trippin'! and it's just FILLED with glitter!

Peaches Be Trippin'! has a peach coloured base colour. Please do note that this polish looks a bit more orange/peachy and less yellow in real life - it was really hard to get on camera!

It also has an abundance of glitter. Like, I can't even count how many different kinds of glitter there are in this one because it's just TOO MUCH!

What I can tell you is that this polish has various glitter sizes and shapes, and that some are matte and other glitters are holographical. Among the glitter colours, I spotted very light blue, medium blue, dark blue (holographical), peach, light pink and blood orange. Among the shapes are big dots, hexes and stars!

I used three coats of Peaches Be Trippin'! here, and smoothed everything out with two coats of my Nayll Smooth It Out Top Coat, and then I used my Fast Drying Top Coat from Only You for a bit of shine.

As you can see, Peaches Be Trippin'! builds up nicely and application went great! The glitters don't curl and they spread evenly. I love how they look in the different layers.

There is still a bit of visible nail line, but I don't mind that with this polish. If you mind it, you could always layer two coats of Peaches Be Trippin'! on top of a nude coloured polish. I debated doing that at first, but I really wanted to see how this polish would build up on its own :)

To be honest, I would never ever have bought this polish myself. I'm not a big fan of peach, and when I opened my WingDust prize pack this was the polish I was least excited about. However, now that I have tried it on I am really liking it! I think the peach base colour looks quite flattering and the different coloured glitter in it make it so FUN!

Plus, the best part about Peaches Be Trippin'! is that it has a gorgeous blue shimmer to it! You can see it here a bit on my nail. At one point, I also spotted a very nice red shimmer but I haven't been able to spot it again.

I'm glad I won this polish, because it's a great and unique polish in my collection. Sometimes, receiving a polish that you would never buy yourself is really nice, because it broadens your taste and lets you try new things! I hadn't expected to like this one a lot, but I do! :D

What do you think of Peaches' Be Trippin'!? I'm absolutely sure it's not for everyone, but I'm glad with it!

ANNNND: happy holidays!! I hope you'll have a great New Year's Eve and a lovely start of 2015!! (mine will be filled with fooood, as the tradition dictates).
