Pink and Blue Watermarble

Watermarble!

This is in no way a contender for “best watermarble in the universe” and I envy people who can make crazy awesome watermarble designs, but I have improved tremendously with this technique so I’m actually quite proud of this design!

I'm glad I finally found some polishes I can marble with, the others I've tried just didn't spread out in circles like they're supposed to. But these worked perfectly!

Now that I've done an okay watermarble design and seen so many other pretty watermarbles, I think I'm going to be practicing this technique a lot in the coming months. I can only get better, right? :)

Unfortunately, my top coat smudged everything a bit, so the pink isn't as clean as it was before. Lesson learned: buy new top coat.

Thanks for reading!

    1. Oh thank you, that's so sweet! But honestly, I had A LOT of failed watermarble tries, so this design is the result of many failed attempts with gruesome brownish icky blobs of polish, until I finally found some great polishes that work with watermarble and sort of got the hang of it :) So just keep trying if you want watermarble to work for you, and eventually you'll get the hang of it! :)

    3. I used OPI's Ate Berries In The Canaries and D'Orleac nr. 44 :)
Maybe something that also could help is the sort of water you use: I've read that with some people they get better watermarble if they use bottled water instead of tap water - but then again others says that's nonsense, so I'm not sure if it's really a useful tip :)
